Even the world recognises that “Failing to plan, is planning to fail.”

When it comes to godliness, this is no less true: “train yourself for godliness; for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.” (1 Tim 4:7b-8)

Here is an exercise plan for spiritual fitness. Where you succeed, continue. Where you fail, try again. Physical fitness doesn’t come in one day, nor even in one week. The same is true for spiritual fitness. If you will be godly, persist in this.
